Please be very very wary if you choose to use their services. While the actual PTs and assistants are very nice, the billing department is stunningly inept and questionable. I was told false information from the get go regarding insurance, and overcharged over $1,000. In trying to get the matter resolved, I was continually put off and lied to, phone calls were never returned consistently. It took me over a year to get the $1,000 + resolved, only after getting a third party involved, since no one at the billing dept. would call me back or give me a straight answer. They are constantly going through new staff and supervisors and admitted to me that they had problems with their own people. I was left with over $1,500 owed, which is very odd considering I have good insurance coverage. I tried to get that resolved, but instead of returning my inquiries, I was sent to collections. NO ONE RETURNS CALLS!!! So if you like being lied to about insurance, overcharged thousands of dollars and having your messages thrown in the trash, this is the place for you. Laurelhurst PT should be ashamed of themselves. I wonder how many unsuspecting elderly and disabled people they prey on who don't question their bills. SHAME ON YOU.
