The worst place ever to eat burgers. You never get what you order. 12/11/2006

Nothing good about their burgers. I went there twice and both times never received what I ordered. My burgers were always dry. Customer service is the worst. The waiter had sweat dripping all over his face. I am 5 months pregnant and walked few blocks to get to the restaurant, by the time I got their I was tired and asked the owner or manager if I could sit down by the bar until my friend arrives, did not let me. Will never go back their again. There are many places in NYC that offers better burgers. Pros: Quick service, but that's why never get what you ask for more

ROCQUEFORT BURGER is a food orga*m! 11/17/2006

I'm only after one thing when I come here: the rocquefort burger. Rocquefort is a strong blue cheese, which is incredible on a buger. I get mine medium. Sometimes I wash it down with a vanilla milkshake. I don't need anymore in Life... How do you mess up a burger? Find out by coming here 10/29/2006

As I've said before, I hate badmouthing restaurants, but this place really deserves it. There's no shortage of irony in the name of this restaurant. Without getting too deeply into it, there are better burgers to be had at McDonald's. The burgers here don't even come with lettuce and tomatoes. They just give you a meat patty and ask you to pay extra for the rest. On top of that, service is rude, inattentive and grindingly slow. AND the burgers cost about $10. If you value your precious lunch hours, find yourself a better spot. Pros: It's a place to sit, I guess Cons: Everything else more

My boyfriend and I both received close to raw burgers. The fries were old, cold and disgusting. We decided to give it a second chance. So when his mom was in town we went back and each ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich which was on their special's menu. Horrible. There will not be another stop at this place. AWFUL, AWFUL! Do NOT eat here 4/28/2005

This was by far one of the worst dining experience I've ever had. I wasn't expecting much, but the cheesey decor, the bad service and mediocre food just added to the horrible experience. Please, please don't waste your money (85 cents for a slice of tomato on your overpriced sandwich. $9 baked potato with chili- please!!) more

Fast, Friendly, and Yummy 5/8/2004

This is a busy spot from 1130 AM to 130 PM M-F but you never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table, unless you have a large party, thanks to fast and friendly service provided by the waitstaff and kitchen. In about the same time you could stand in line for a ""fast-food"" burger and fries you get a cooked-to-order juicy treat served with a generous portion of hearty steak-fries. If you're not in the mood for a burger, try the meatloaf or turkey sandwich. Both are served open-faced with gravy. Yum! This place is a mid-town gen. Pros: Service, Good Food, Generous Portions more
