The service I received when trying to buy some food was less than stellar. I asked to see a manager, which took too long, and when he arrived I explained the situation. He seemed less than concerned. When I told him that is was sad that the Osio could possibly be loosing a regular customer, his comment was ""I'm not!"". Interesting response. If customer service is not an issue to you, keep using this theater. If it is, you might consider looking around.
