I took my wife to the Saturday morning showing of Momma Mia. After having some obvious projector problems, the movie started approximately 15 minutes into the show. I was one of several patrons who contacted the manager to request they restart the movie from the beginning. He refused.\r
Of course we left the theater followed, no doubt, by several others. \r
When we go out to see a movie we expect to be able to see the opening credits, the closing credits and everything in between. When the management only offers a ""take it or leave it"" attitude it demonstrates a total lack of customer service and possibly even contempt for their customers.\r
We are long time customers of this theater. We don't plan to return.
