Not too long ago this morning, I took my son to see Shrek iii at Movieland 7 theatre. I had looked fot the times that were listed in the Weekend in Statesman Journal. Well, we waited and waited. I then went to ask when the show was going to start. The guy said he'd call the manager. When the manager talked to me, he said they don't do business with Statesman Journal, but that is where I saw that it starts at 11am. I told him I wanted my money back. When I found my ticket, they would not refund it. I thought this was very poor customer service. I won't be returning there anytime soon, that's for sure. I had just been thinking that the remodeling was good and we'd start going there, because it's closer. Well, I tell you smiling and good customer service goes along ways with me. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't refund my money and they could tell I was there to see Shrek iii. A hint for Movieland Theatre7 Please take the times out of Weekend, if you aren't going to do business with them!!!!!
Pros: bathrooms now downstairs looked like they remodeled the place.
Cons: Very bad customer service!!!!
