My name is Diana Sanderford. I WAS a very loyal customer of Harrahs Casino. I USED to visit Harrahs twice a month. Sometimes, It was more than that. I also use to bring my aunt with me also. We both used to get coupons for free meals and money. I used to get twenty dollars a week in coupons and a free meal twice a month. Now, I get nothing. Harrahs cut me off of the coupons. I realize this is something that they don't have to do. I always thought it was because the loyalty we gave to them and the money we spent in the casino. I was very disappointed when they stopped sending me my coupons. I still was spending my money and also bring my aunt with me also. She still receives hers. I still don't understand why they cut me off. I went to customer sevice. They informed me that there was nothing they could do about it. They gave me a 1 800 number to call to convey my complaint. I called and a recording came on. It instructed me to leave my name and number and of course they didn't call me back. I think Harrahs should have a Real person attending to their customers. I am no longer a loyal customer of Harrahs casino because of this reason. I now spend my money in casinos in Mississippi. They treat me much better than my home town casino. My coupons are larger and I still get my meals. If I have a problem they have supervisiors that can solve my problems. I realize one person may not mean anything to a big casino like Harrhas, but I wish I did. I know I am not the only one they have done this to. I know because they are visting other casinos like me. I would like for someone in Harrahs to read this, and review their polices. If they would hold their customers near and dear to their hearts, maybe they would give us better treatment. Then we would not have to go to other casinos to spend our money. I also bring my aunt with me. Now they have lost two customers. Does it matter???
