We have taken every car we have owned to Tigard SUV and Auto Repair for the last 7 years. I appreciate that they always tell me what is wrong with the car before they fix it and they get great deals on the parts. They also have gone above the call of duty for us on multiple occasions.
Initially, we started using Tigard SUV after we bought a brand-new Montero Sport from the dealership, along with a glamorous extended warranty to go with it. When we discovered that the air conditioning was not working correctly, we took it into the dealership, but they were unable to fix the problem; the part they replaced did not change the temperature in the car. I then took it to Tigard, and they figured out that the issue had to do with the heat adjustment internally. Tigard fixed it with the flip of a switch and did not charge me a dime.
Another time, when we brought our car in for some work that the warranty company said they would not cover, Tigard worked with the warranty people to make sure that the parts were covered. Dan personally got on the phone with the warranty company, which sent out a representative to Tigard. Dan worked with the representative to convince them that, in fact, the parts were covered under warranty. After seeing the problem and talking to Dan, the warranty company agreed to fix it.
Our experience with Tigard SUV and Auto Repair has been wonderful. I trust them with my cars and never have to worry that Dan will overcharge me. My Ultima is at their shop today because there is a short having to do with the headlights, and I know that they will fix that as well. I have already recommended them to numerous friends and continue to recommend them to anyone that has car problems.
