Contrary to the writer's comments, I believe Paisley Park Studios has excellent customer service. To explain, at age 18, visiting a large city and Minneapolis for the first time, out of curiosity, I found and visited the studio. It was an unannounced visit. Before reaching the stair case, I was gracefully and politely stopped by whom ever it was. Kindly apologizing, I tip-toed out. It was a lesson learned. Without an appointment, plans fall short of expectations. Never do I blame any body else for my mistakes. Side point: Learning patience will take us a long way. Keep in mind that unknown circumstances may happen during a visit to any business, especially studios. As a result, regular customer service may lack. Importantly, are we the cause of it. Wait for a return phone call. Continue trying and remember to always be polite.
