I obtained a refinance loan at Guardian Credit Union from Wells Fargo last year and it has been the sadest situation from day one. The employee's at Guardian Credit Union were never available or less than helpful when I needed their guaidance. They never took responsiblity for making sure the refinance was secured and two and a half months after the initial refinance date the loan was still not secured and I was being charged late fee's and interest by the original loan holder and NO ONE from Guardian would help with the situation. My adult daughter was a witness to much of the unprofessional treatment from Guardian Credit Union employee's. Fowl language by the Credit Union employee's was used when talking to me. The President of one of their branches was so unprofessional and rude as to accuse me of being a professional criminal and he said it was people like me who give a bad name to the credit union and cost them $1,000's of dallars yet I had just made a $14,000.00 payment on a loan that was only 4 months old. Not one or two but five employee's of the Credit Union treated me with bias, predjudice and used defimation of character to threaten me. I am a 44 year old American Citizen who loves the Lord, works for a living and I pay every penny of my taxes. My daughter also had Guardian Credit Union treat her as poorly and unprofessional years ago when she tried to close a checking account. I thank the Lord each time I get even tolerable customer service. It still stands the old saying ""do unto others as you would have done to yourself."" What a difference we as individuals could make in this world as a whole with simple respect and human kindness.\r
Thank you Landmark Credit Union for your kindness and understanding and complete professionalism when you paid off my loan at Guardian so I did not have to be harassed anymore!!!!!
