When the van started making squeaky noises every time we turned the wheel, I told my husband I was sure it was low on steeling fluid. I decided to take it in here because this place was close to my workplace, so I could drop it off before work, walk to work, and pick it up when I was done. I stopped in to make the appointment for a tune-up, and asked if they would check fluid levels during the tune-up. I was told yes. I asked "Even steering fluid? I think it's low" and again was told yes. When I dropped it off a few days later, I again confirmed that the steeling fluid would be checked, and again was told it would be. When I picked it up, I asked if the steering fluid was checked, and was told yes, and it was fine. I drove it home, squeaking the whole way. My husband brought it to the shop we usually go to at 8:00 THE NEXT MORNING, and they told him the steering fluid was nearly empty!
