Best Apples Ever!!! 5/23/2011

You have GOT to HAVE ONE!!! Our family recently moved to the area and attend Community UMC in Cedarburg. It has become a tradition to go to Amy's after church to get a special treat for the week. There are so many choices of apples and different candies. The service is great too!! You must try if not at the store, then go to amyscandykitchen (dot) com!!! more

You love caramel apples, then you need to get in here.... 6/14/2010

2010\r \r The caramel apples are probably the best state if not the country (won awards for them). The prices are kinda high but considering the size of each apple, one can serve two people easily!\r \r The chocolate here is great but not legendary. Some of the clerks are uppity and arrogant. I had also received a wrong truffle order but from a very young female who didn't seem to even check where her hand was picking them from. I enjoyed the truffle nonetheless but they are too pricey at roughly $3 a piece.\r \r I would certainly recommend but a caveat needs to be known for questionable service.\r \r Cons--service (price to a degree but considering the type of place it is)\r Pros--caramel apples and truffles more

Beware high price for questionable service! 6/4/2010

I would agree the carmel apples are great! BUT the customer service is less than desirable and the management doesn't really care. I was there on a Sunday afternoon and 3-4 young high school students were working. They were some what more interested in their conversation rather than helping customers. My fiance and I ordered two truffles at a little over $3 a piece. We ate the truffles later on that evening and found neither truffle was what we had ordered. After returning two days later and a very short brief conversation with the manager/owner her reply was short and she didnt really seem to care. At $3 per piece of chocolate the customer service is terrible and I would question recommending to others. Just beware you may not get what you ordered but you will pay the correct price!\r Four stars for the tastey treats but 0 stars for service!\r Unfortunate! more

Wonderful carmel apples! 11/30/2005

The carmel apples are amazing! We have gone here many a time just for a craving of these. There are many different candies offered here as well. The convenience of the downtown area makes it a great location. Just thinking of the yummy apples, makes my mouth water. If you are in the area, make sure to at least try one! PROS: yummy candy selection CONS: prices seem consistent with high priced Cedarburg more
