The manager Tyrae is awesome, and will deal with any problem swiftly. They have large private balconies, and trees, trees, trees. I have lived there for 3 years, and if we could still afford it, I would move back in a heartbeat.
The lake is a stone's throw away. Wonderful to take a little walk through the park/woods any time of year.
