Amber was incompetent in handling my complaint on a Wednesday night. She had no comment cards, or contact info for the owner. I have been coming around since before and after the great upgrade with new owner. I knew the one item I enjoyed ordering well. I let Amber know on 7/27/11 that it came different than it had before. I had clarified with the waitress last time I was a month or so ago that it was still the same as it had been even though the menu was missing items and she had confirmed. Now suddenly that is not how it comes. That is fine if that is how it is going to be, but Amber could have just assured me she would make it clear across the board to her waitresses. Instead she told me twice that since she's been there, that's the way it has been. That does nothing to help the problem. The other issue was that the same drink I've ordered there before, a Tequila Sunrise, has been a well drink. It was ladies night and I expected it to be a well on special. I was wrong and that was that I suppose according to Amber again. Our soccer team won't be back and I hope someday Amber learns how to handle making a business thrive, apologize, and keep patrons.
