Horrible customer service! Not to mention the outrageous cost of using their water and how they ""Disconnect"" after 15 days past your due date. Ridiculous rinky-dink office with no sense of service or what year we live in. It was only up until recently did they allow customers to pay any other way than snail mail or drop box! It's 2010!!!!!! Aquarius, please, do us all a favor and sell your business to someone who will CARE about all of their monopolized customers!!
