I have been taking my children to Kitsap Children's Clinic since 1995. After our 1st doctor retired we were blessed with a new Dr for many years, who then moved away. Now on our 3rd pediatrician with the clinic I feel we still get the best care available. Recently I cancelled an appointment using their voice mail system, since they were too busy to answer the phone, but unfortunatly, they did not get it and now we have been sent a letter that if we have ""2 more no shows"" we will have to seek medical care elsewhere. I am extremely frustrated with this letter. I feel like the healthcare of my boys no longer matters. What about all of the times I put up with ""rude"" office staff, or have waited to see the doctor for more than an hour past our scheduled time because someone else was late...and never complained. I also left a message for the doctor in regards to my son's care, so he obviosly never got that message either. Seems to me, they need a reminder that it is because of people like me that they have a job in the first place!! I am discusted, hurt and very angry!! Until today, I would have rated this clinic and most of their doctors with 5 stars. I still love our pediatrician, I just do not want any part of the clinic. This is just so sad!!
