Without notifying me, my standing appointment of four weeks was booked to another stylist and rather than scheduling me for a root touch up and foils I was scheduled for a haircut. The explanation was that the stylist I had been seeing was no longer working there. Instead of making my appointment right they tried to book me into something for the following Tuesday at noon. Of course, I work full time;so that was out.
What the young lady at the front desk did not do was what should have been done..."how can we make this convenient for you to get back here for the service you wer planning on?" I will look to another Aveda Salon from now on, even if it means traveling to Bellingham.
The thing that makes it most aggravating was the fact that it's a beautiful Saturday, I had a million things to do, and instead I planned my weekend around this appointment, dared to drive through downtown Mt Vernon during the Tulip Festival and STILL arrived on time. Now my day is wasted, and my hair is still not done. Porr Poor poor customer Service.
