Just got back from a very unsatisfying trip to the Ballard Kinkos. The person helping me acted like they were doing me a favor by "trying" to take my business card order. They had no paper stock recommendations for business cards, just that they could "print on anything." I had them try two different paper options, neither of which were professional (very flimsy), and those were the thickest they had. When they asked me to not touch their computer I had enough and walked out the door.
Get a freaking clue people. Customer service and your product is the key to your success. If both are lacking, you're outta luck.
