Terrible experience with Mills & Greer, particularly with the owner of this business. My softball team used them last season without much issue. However this year, we simply asked for the same screen printing we had done last year... should be simple right? After typical 2-3 weeks we were told our jersey's were done, when we went to pick up and pay, they had lost the jersey's... we then came back a week later after receiving a call that they were now ready to pick up... when we arrived, the owner treated us like dogs and yelled at us, saying we need to give them more time (it had been 4 weeks at this point and they called us to come in)... so we left after some words. Another week later they called us again saying they were ready... when we arrived and finally got our jerseys, they were printed incorrectly and looked nothing like the job they did the previous season (we left them an example shirt from the previous season to reference)... they then tried to charge us MORE money than the previous year (this after making us wait an extra two weeks for losing them and yelling at us about there mistake). When we complained they were incorrect they offered to fix if we could wait another 2-3 weeks!! This was extremely unfortunate and frustrating... but the worst part of all of it was the way we were treated by the owner, who as far as I could tell... didn't give a crap and just wanted to make sure he collected payment for the the botched work that took them 5 weeks to complete. We will never give them our business again and will never recommend Mills and Greer to anyone.
