Went in to get battery replaced and check engine light looked at. They forgot(?) to take care of the check engine light so I had to bring it back the next day. As a result, I left a negative review on the corporate website. *So the guy calls me up at 7:45am on a Saturday to argue with me about having a negative experience.* Two stars because they're not incompetent at being mechanics, but zero customer service skills. I'm not an expert on how much routine car care should cost, but I'm pretty sure I'm getting robbed.
