Had been before when not busy with service and food fine. Went on a Saturday night and after waiting 1 hr 30 min, decided to get a refund. The teenagers had no clue, no one cared. Not managed at all and an owner was there. The employees reflect his attitude. more

It's a different eating experience alright! My wife and I have eaten here many, many times over the years. The last handful of times this year they have failed to get our order correct even once. We still like the food, but it's like pulling teeth to make it all work. I think they should just go ahead and sit down somewhere and let us prepare our own food ...we already have to do everything else, and we would get it right. How damn hard is it? The last time we came in to eat they fixed all our food to go even though we had a number on our table. After about 30 minutes I went to ask about it. The food had been waiting for about 15 minutes, but no one had a clue what they were doing. What the hell are they smoking? Not sure we'll ever go back, especially if we are in a hurry. They also have never apologised for their mistakes. They just don't care! more

If you want your food delivered don't call here I called at 11:15 and they had one delivery in front of me and told me it would be 12:45 or 1:00 be fore I would get my food but if you call in a order it only takes 15 minutes to be done if you are going to pick it up. Tell me why it takes a hour and a half to deliver a pizza . Go to pizza hut. Wasn't to friendly on the phone I could tell he did not want to deliver food. Why have delivery service . I won't eat in Bristol again. more

Last year I had a calzone hear and it was awesome. Today I ate hear and it was a totally different experience. When I came in it started off well enough, I ordered food and went to find a table, I went to grab a high chair and 3 our of 4 were broken and all were very dirty. In fact the whole place seemed very dirty, food in the corners and crumbs on the seats (I don't know if would pass a health inspection). There was lots of people there so I thought the food must be good, otherwise they would not be there. So I started on my salad, or what was supposed to be a salad, it was really coleslaw lettuce with dressing on top. We waited almost 20 minutes for a plate of spaghetti and manicotti, and when it came it was ICE COLD! I brought the plates back up to be re-warmed and the girl looked at me as if I was from mars, and took the plates without saying anything. When she brought them back they seemed warm on top, but then it was COLD again under the first layer. The small taste I did get though was enough to say that they use pizza sauce on there pasta instead of pasta sauce and it was very spicy. I tried to flag someone down to warm it again, but I was unsuccessful. My daughter was starting to cry, so I left without eating the food, I was too angry. I am not sure why so many people were eating there with such poor service. Pros: Unknown Cons: High cost, Dirty, Poor Service more
