Best

My newfies love coming! They can't wait and drag us into the kennel! There's lots of room for them and they always come home happy and in good shape. Pros: People are nice...

Worst

Large dog area is pretty bad. It stinks and is in poor condition. Animals can't speak for themselves so when in doubt, don't. Cons: Poor conditions

This place is fantastic 10/29/2007

The staff is helpful, the kennels are clean. They're really good with animals, and they don't refuse animals based on breed. I have a snippy little pom, and boxer, and they let my animals be together during the day, but will move the pom to his own pen if they notice him getting wommped on by my boxer. I've tried boarding my dogs at several places, been refused because some places won't board boxers, and then they don't want to work with my animals. Pros: Large pens Cons: Some traffic getting there more

Ideal for dayboarding 8/20/2007

I have been dayboarding my dog here for over a year. By far, this is the most affordable kennel in the city of Seattle and surrounding areas. I pay a flat $100 a month rate for what basically amounts to self service. As I work early in the morning, I need to be able to drop my dog off at 4am. There is no other kennel I have ever found who will allow me to do this. For the price I pay, I am allowed to drop my dog off and pick him up whenever I choose. The only time I need to speak with anyone is when I pay my bill each month. more

Largest kennels ever! 12/4/2006

My newfies love coming! They can't wait and drag us into the kennel! There's lots of room for them and they always come home happy and in good shape. Pros: People are nice and helpful, we always bring lots of stuff. Cons: One of the buildings is old, but aside from that, very clean. more

Horrible Experience, Questionable Care 11/29/2006

When my daughter and I picked up our puppy on a Wednesday no one was in the front office. We waited for someone to show up for several minutes and no one did - it was 1 p.m. We saw a call button which said ""Please do not hold."" We pressed it, careful not to hold, but no one showed up for several more minutes. We then pressed it a few more times, still careful not to hold - thinking someone may be in the kennel with a cordless phone with them. There was no other signage to refer to. Still no one showed up and there was no sign of life on the property. Finally the owner's husband showed up, irate and rude, with a sarcastic ""We have things to do and you shouldn't expect us to jump and come to your beckoned call."" He refused to bring our puppy out when I got angry at his rude behavior!!! My 9-yo feared that a man so quick to anger could likely mistreat the animals as well. The wife finally showed up without an apology after 15 minutes (she was in the shower!). PLEASE if you love your dog/cat DON'T ever leave them here!!!! Cons: Rude, overworked, hostile to customers!?! more
