This business is scum. Absolute horrible people. They are on the verge of legality. They scammed the owner and gouged the owner with massive expenditures for things that were never fixed or replaced. The owner woudl email the neighbor to get confirmation on "repairs" that were never happening. They failed to send the deposit back in the time frame that they were supposed to. It's too bad you can give less then one star and give negatives more

The ONLY reason they have an F rating with the BBB, is because there is ONLY ONE RATING! if you paid attention, you would have known that! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!! I have never had a bad experience from Zaran Sayre! I believe that they handle themselves in a very professional and courteous fashion. I think very highly of all of their property managers, and staff. I can understand it being a diffucult industry to work in; being caught in the middle of tenants and owners, doing their best to ABIDE BY THE LAW-while at the same time, trying to make all parties happy! THEY ARE GREAT! They come highly recommended from me and my family. I believe any problem a tenant may have is due to them hearing something they didn't want to hear... IF ZARAN SAYRE were so awful, as the previous post tried so hard to relay, why are they so successful? Why are they continuing to grow in rentals and sales? hmmm.... maybe because THEY ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!! more

I have had a wonderful experience with Zaran Sayre. People may be upset with how they deal with situations-ONLY because it is the legal, and proper way to do things. Tenants don't realize what a high stress job it is; being caught in the middle of demanding tenants, and owners who are frugal and unexperienced... they do their absolute best to be sure that things are taken care of professionally, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend doing business with them, and look forward to continuing my business relationship as well. THEY ARE GREAT TO DO BUSINESS, if you understand how business is conducted! more

They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason. They cheat out tenants on the deposit by charging them things that were not discussed on the walk out. They are slow to resolve issues with maintenance. They cheated me out of almost $700 on my deposit when I rented with them. I filed with the BBB and even with their assistance it was not resolved. more
