Why do these guys think they're so ethical? I only went here because they were close by and I was interested in the new q50. First of all I had no assistance for about 20 minutes. When I was about to give up the lady at the front desk kindly asked me if I needed assistance. Then I got the rudest and pushiest sales person I think I've ever dealt with. He acted as if I was wasting his time. I had heard negative stories from others but I thought I'd give them a try and I wish I hadn't. So I ended up going to the dealership in Lynwood which is not owned by the same people. They concurred that they often get business from disgruntled Kirkland customers. I now have my new car and my purchase experience was great. Kirkland Infiniti should get off their high horse and treat people with respect.
