I had a fun time and met some cool people! Mrs. Tracy is very nice. If you have a disability she will make sure she does whatever it takes to help you =) . The information is a lot and you receive a lot in 9 days, but she will do her best to make sure you understand. I would not call her ghetto. She is the farthest from that social stigma. She does payment plans and you can also go online and pay via pay-pal. more

Ok so i called the driving school today and the lady who answered the phone gave me information but at the same time it seemed as if she didn't want to work there and she just made it seem as if she was bothered by the phone call. I agree with the people above my comment that it would be better if they had a person who actually seemed like they did want to work there and it would help if she could have been a little more pleasant. more

After reading the comments about Tri-City Driving School, I really could not believe the comments that were wrote about it. I do not know who those people but they must was having a bad day. But I had a wonderful time, the customer service was great, the instructor was helpful and she explains everything about all the new laws, she took her time and made the class interesting. I thought that is was going to be boring but when I said I had a GREAT TIME I can tell that she loves her jobs, She makes the Class interesting. The time I was there for 8 hr she was tell us about her students and I know about 5 drop in just to say hi and thank her for helping them. Someone sent her flowers. I called tri-city driving school to sign my daughter up for behind the wheel and prior to this day got all the information on how this was to be done, so I had all my information available and ready to sign her up when I called and spoke to Cynthia an employee that answers the phone. I knew more about the procedure than she did! She was so busy trying to talk over me, that she was telling me information I didn't need and didn't pertain to MY situation! She was sooooo rude, and then hung up on me! I called back and she answered and I asked her why she hung up on me and she said she thought i was finished!! I told her most people end conversations by saying, ""bye,"" ""have a nice day."" or something along those lines. She Hung up on me again!!! I can't believe they are still in business with the employees they have employed! With the economy the way it is, I am sure there are plenty of people that can fill those positions and be courteous and some what knowledgeable on what they are doing! It is a shame people still treat other people this way! Thank goodness for Karma! Cons: Very Rude People ~ they dont' deserve any stars!! more

I had every intention of using this driving school as it is close to the house. However, 2 minutes is all it took to know that this was not the place for me. I am a 41 year old man and when I pay someone to work for me, I do not take kindly to being talked down to. The woman giving the class is probably a high school teacher and a wanna be DMV employee. Yes, it all attitude all the time. Do not go here unless you like being talked down to and treated as though you are in Js High again. Two minutes of this was ample enough to tell me to carry my business some where else. Cons: Many more
