I was a customer of Ritz International Hair of Hampton, Virginia on 11August 2008. A friend of mine and me went in and spent +$150 to get our hair highlighted with 3 different colors to go from medium brown to a light blonde. I was charged for four colors. After sitting in the salon for four hours, we did not receive what we asked for. So, instead of sitting for another four hours to get it fixed, we left hoping to accept it. My stylist said if I wanted some more highlights added later on to just let her know and I would not be charged for it. I called to schedule an appointment for us to go back and fix our hair to what we had originally asked for, I was told to call back and speak with the manager. I called four separate occasions and was unable to get a hold of the manager. Then I was told that the manager would call me twice but that never happened. I finally was able to make an appointment for my friend but was informed that the same stylist that colored her hair originally would have to be the one to fix it and that she would not be getting paid for. So, today, my friend went into the salon and sat there for twenty minutes only to be embarrassed in front of everyone. She was told that she got exactly what she asked for and that she would have to pay to get her hair fixed to what she originally asked for. I do not appreciate this and would hope that you could right this wrong.
