Went in on a Sunday with my family to look at purchasing a pair of jet skis (wave runners) .. the sales rep who was there was extremely abrasive with us, as well as not really wanting to answer any questions we had as far as pricing or current availability. I called back on the following Tuesday, as Monday was Memorial Day, and asked to speak with the owner. I was told that the owner was not active with the dealership but I could speak with the General Manager (who is the owner's son). He got on the phone with me, Mr. David Greer, Jr and then proceeded to tell me that he was the one that we had spoken with; he then told me that he didn't offer us any help because I was a ""smartass"" because he had seen the look I gave my husband. He then asked me ""What do you want?"" so I proceeded to tell him that we had been in the market to purchase 2 jet ski's as well as a trailer, and because of his lack of customer service he had lost $20,000 in sales to Sunrise Cycles, as we purchased from them on Memorial Day (CASH). He then told me ""Congratu-INSERT BAD WORD-lations you purchased two shitty skis"" and then slammed the phone down in my ear and hung up on me! If you spend any money in this store, you get what you pay for. I will NEVER set foot in this store again for Sales, Parts, or Service; which is sad because the Service and Parts Department employees are amazing but are held at the mercy of the jack wagon running the show! What's extremely sad is the fact that the father who owns the dealership probably has NO idea that the customer service from his SON is so poor and costing him $$ and pretty soon franchise rights as well!
