To start, let me say that the team on the motor clothes side have always been outgoing and helpful. The service counter tends to be overly busy so sometimes it's hard to get some answers.
The cycle sales side though have sort of ignored me and that is still what stands out the most. I tried to start up conversation with some of them but it went south when they found that I'm riding a metric right now. I'm looking and want to get on a Harley but that didn't seem to matter. There was a female cycle sales person there though who was always busy as she greeted everyone going to that side of the store. Good for her!
