Horrible customer service 5/13/2008

I've been to Albano's in Virginia Beach and in Norfolk- I can tell you one thing...those managers of theirs must have rudeness, nastiness and bluntness contest when they hire their employees!!! I stopped going to the one on Princess Ann road because one of the girls working there was sooooo disrespectful to the customers on at least three occasions right in front of me, that I was just completely disgusted and felt very sorry for the poor people! On top of that they lost my only pair of khaki pants and I specified that I needed them for my Friday meeting at work! They just couldn't locate them, so I had to go and buy new pair of pants, just so I don't have to explain myself to my manager! more

Poor Customer Service, Rude! 4/3/2008

recently recieved a $5 off coupon from Albano cleaners and gave it to the lady when I picked up my clothing. She told me I could not use the coupon because it said with incoming orders. I said this is my incoming order. No where does this say must be presented when cloths are dropped off. The lady was rude! nasty! and very unprofessional! I asked for the corporate number and she was very sarcastic and rude and was laughing at me! On top of everything, I paid $15 for a shirt and a pair of pants! Cons: Expensive, Rude more
