Pinboy's At the Beach

I have to admit that I am a big fan of Pin Boys at the Beach. I have been returning year after year simply because this is the friendliest place in town for bowling. Any day of the week, any time of day or night, the staff is always professional and courteous. I have observed them bend over backwards to try to assist a customer - whether that customer was civil, rude, or just down right obnoxious - the staff has gone out of their way to show everyone a good time. The staff at Pin Boys does a great job with birthday parties, special events and an especially good job with league play. This is a place for the whole family... the have video games, pool tables, a fabulous bar and grill, and their lanes are immaculately maintained. Bottom line is, whether you come here to bowl, for a birthday party or special event, or just to relax and enjoy some good food and refreshments, Pin Boys is absolutely the best place in Virginia Beach to meet with good people and good times!!!! more

Concern Customer on Saturday March 7, 2009 (around 9:00PM)-Over all not corteous, the customer service sucks,the Manager was so rude with his customers, (the Older Guy with gray hair and mustache specifically,he hates his job obviously), the other manager(bald guy is better you should hire more people like him, he smiles and more personable), the company should train their mangers/employees how to deal with customers, and remind them that customers are the reason why the company is still operating, so without the customers he wouldn't have a job. I am suggesting for the company to put a suggestion box open for customers, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a complain about that particular manager. He's over the top rude.
