Days Inn

I used my debit card points to book this hotel. I drove 9 hours and when I pulled into this location, I felt like I was at a halfway house. Not really to my suprise did I later find out that it was exactly that. When I walked into the room, I was hit with this awful smell of urine. There were burn holes in the bedding, not to mention that it looked as if someone had just gotten out of the bed. There was peeling wallpaer, missing rotten, molding on the floor, torn carpet, broken tiles in the bathroom and let us not forget to mention the ROACHES. I was disgusted. This was not what was displayed on the internet. The staff was helpful, showing my family another room which looked like another country. But again... roaches. I was able to move to another hotel. I was shocked that the Days Inn was offering these rooms to anyone. more

I don't like to be mean and would normally go on about my business and let others find out for themselves, but this hotel just had way to many issues to let go, first the smell, its sickening, the room we were in had roaches, God forbid I brought any home with me!! Everything was trashy looking, some sort of liquid stains on the walls, tore wallpaper,the tv had tape holding the cable cord in, I had to rig it to get a clear picture for the like 7 channels you get, the ac leaked and soaked the floor, which got my stuff wet, water shot out of the faucets, the pull out bed was broke, fell thru the top n bottom, the tables legs were broke, so don't put anything important on there you don't want to get broke when it falls, the burners on the stove are all messed up so your pots and pans slant over, which hopefully you bring your own of, they dont give you any, this hotel needs alot of work, all I heard when I was there was others fighting with each other, outside cursing at one another, this more

Hotel is good for the passing through overnight traveler. Standard sized rooms with private entrace. Has outdoor swimming pool area, near wal-mart, sams, many restaurants and specialty shops. Across the street from gas stations, located right near the interstate. more
