A friend and I went to Grandma's, with the intention of eating in, and carrying an order home. I placed my order and was told that my carry-out order would be ready, when I was done eating. When my eat-in order was ready, the young lady, at the window said, ""sorry, but we don't have any forks"". When I told her that i did not want it then, she turned and walked away ignoring me. She later told me that they WERE NOT refunding my money. I decided to call the police and they came and advised me to take them to court, or call my debit card company. It was a civil matter. I left without ANY food and was charged $39.40. I did contact my debit card company and they put in a dispute, to be resolved, after the transaction post.
Cons: Terrible business practices . . . .
