This was my first apartment during my sophomore year of college. I had NO idea what i was getting myself into. The apartment was filled with pests ( they wont let me use the words i wanted but im refering to the ones with 6 or more legs). I had only one window that stayed open without being propped up. NONE OF MY WINDOWS LOCKED! I had one broken window. i requested maintenance repairs muliple time but they were never fufilled. The employees were very nice before i signed the lease but as soon as i was under contract they didnt care at all about my concerns or needs. There was no AC and neither of my ceiling fans worked along with the ceiling light in my bedroom (although i put in requests). My refridgerator broke and took months to replace. They raised the prices of heating with little notice (up $60). oh and the most important part... THE ENTIRE BUILDING IS SURROUNDED BY HOMELESS PEOPLE!! they sleep in the front vestibule and i had to call the police MANY times for my own safety. As a young female who lived by myself, it was very scary around my building at night, and even in the daytime. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE TO ANYONE!! That was the worst decision of my life . I hated living there.
Pros: absolutely NOTHING besides being close to campus, but its still a horrible area
Cons: EVERYTHING...service, parking, employees, location, maintenance, structure...EVERYTHING
