I told him I needed a very specific item for a very specific purpose. When the couple left, he attempted to lecture me on why I was wrong in my research and how I was outdated. I assured him I knew what I wanted, and he rudely remarked about how he's been in the business for 30 years and surely knows more than me. Sarcastic comment after sarcastic comment after sarcastic comment, I made a purchase.\r
