Walked in yesterday to purchase computer items and the lady at the register didn't know what I was speaking about when I mentioned Dell. She called on her headset to have some assist me and no one came. After looking around for 10 minutes for the "someone" to help me, I saw another worker stocking shelves, and after locking eyes with me, finally decided to ask me if I needed help. After getting home and trying the item bought, found out that he give me the wrong item. Now I have to take it back. Staff member (african american lady) is not knowledgeable of computers, toners, cartridges, etc. Staff not really willing to help guests and store is not really customer friendly. Need to attend a Customer Service or Hospitality class. Not happy about how I was treated.
