Beware of false product information and this place is greedy; not concerned with customer satisfaction unless it costs them nothing. Pros: null Cons: null

Dissapointed with quality 11/17/2010

Good: The service was ok the quality of furniture is disappointing. I spend thousands on Bedroom furniture and it gets scratched a nicked so easy it is unbelievable. A bath and body works air freshener tipped over and took the finish off the chest. Just the slightest thing will scratch the furniture. The wood must be cheap pine, but they did not sell it at a cheap price and the finish is not very good Very Very disappointed. I thought the company was reputable and only carried quality goods but not all are g. Bad: improved quality and if this is a company that carries quality all goods should be of good quality and not just some, as I later found the stuff in one showroom is cheap and the other showroom has better quality.. Improvements: honesty in advertising. more

I needed a new living room and decided to visit Belfort, I was greeted by Nik Daniels who (apart from having a very cute British accent) was very, very helpful in choosing the style and fabrics for what I needed, he understood my needs and made suggestions which was what I was looking for, even after the sale Nik stayed in contact and I received regular updates from him. The Sofa looks perfect in my living room, I will be going back to Belfort and to Nik for all my needs, more

In the midst of a problem with Belfort 5/31/2010

Good: good advertising. Bad: so far, do not seem to stand by the products they sell. Improvements: resolve defective furniture problem. Other: I am in the midst of a problem with Belfort. I will keep you updated as this situation progresses. I spent $$$$ on a settee made by Craftmaster. I purchased high grade fabrics. Paid in full. After only 2 weeks, the pillows do not regain shape; the pillows are smaller than the fabric casing so that the corners and sides flop; the fabric on the seat cusion pulls, distorting the pattern, & the seat cushion does not lay flat. Looks a mess. Belfort Customer care required I send photos,so I sent seve. more
