Michael and his son run such a professional agency and they are always on task. Whenever I have a question, it is always answered in a timely manner.
Not only is agency great, the insurance is unbeatable. Sure it may be a bit more pricey than the local companies but you can't get all the coverage that Farmers offers.
If you are investigating which insurance company to go with, my only advice is go with how much coverage you get as opposed to price. In the end, it will always be worth it to have more coverage.
Pros: Friendly employees, prompt service, unbeatable coverage.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
