I'm sorry to say I had a terrible experience at Paul's Automotive. I took my car in for some minor service. For three days straight, I went in after work to pick up my car, and three days straight, they hadn't got around to looking at it. No call to warn me in advance, no apology, nothing. I should have taken that as a clue as to their incompetence and lack of professionalism.\r
I told Paul that I was dissatisfied with their service, and he told me not to bother coming back ever again. This is how they deal with their problems--banning people from their shop.\r
Paul was rude, unsympathetic, and after taking my car into another shop and seeing what Paul's had done, grossly incompetent--the other mechanic was shocked at the damage they had caused. Paul doesn't have to worry about me ever taking my car in there again, I wouldn't go in if he paid me. These people are crooks, stay away.
