In response to AWFUL I apologize upfront for whatever has happened to you. It would be nice to hear in person what all the issues are. As I checked with all my employees and doctors, they cannot recall a client who was so upset over a medical issue. If this is a financial issue tell us what we can improve upon. Our financial policy is for payment of rendered services at the time of treatment. We accept all major credit cards, we have a 3rd party payment options (OAC). As I have talked with other veterinary clinics they offer the same forms of payments. These policy have been in place for over 10 years plus.
The hospital employees, doctors, insurance, taxes, medical drugs and supplies are not voluntary. In order to take care of our obligations we have to charge a fair fee for our rendered services. We work very hard to accomodate each clients animal needs.
