HORRIFFIC ! We bought a spa Dec. 24th, 2011 for my Christmas Present. When we got it home it DID NOT WORK/TURN ON !\r
The company was closed for Christmas and the following Monday. We called an electrician that came out Monday and advised that some of the fuses were defective and would need replaced.\r
I was originally told by the owner that sold us the tub, I had a 30 day return policy. Upon talking with the owner Tuesday morning I was told I could NOT have my money back. The owner said their was nothing wrong with the hot tub, however I do have a statement from the electrician noting the problems.\r
I still have not been given the manual so that I could fill out the warranty. I would not give this company your time nor any money. \r
Not only did it ruin my Christmas, I am now out over $4000.00 PLUS I will have to pay a different spa company or an electrician to replace whatever is defective.
