Horrible customer service. Received flowers for my daughter and upon receiving the flowers, they were droopy and sad looking. Found out they were the wrong colors from what was ordered and they were missing the balloons. Took the flowers to Haws so they could see that the flowers were dying less than 24 hours upon reciept and the owner was hostile and rude. Said the flowers were perfect (um, brown on flowers is good???) and wouldn't do anything about providing better flowers. Personally, I feel anyone wanting flowers should go to Smith's or ANYWHERE else but Haws Floral. The owner didn't seem to care about keeping customers and was openly rude about my concerns. I will never set foot in his business and I would advise everyone to check out any other florist but him. more

lehi's best florist 7/10/2009

Haws Floral is located in Lehi right on main street and it is a beautiful store right in the center on the strip mall. The customer service was exceptional. The flowers were more fresh than any other florists I have been to. The floral designers are very good and in touch with what people want in this day and age. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to send flowers in the Utah Valley! Pros: customer service and very fresh flowers more

Bad Experience With Internet Gifting 12/30/2008

On December 19, 2008, I ordered a beautiful plant arrangement from the Internet site of this florist. I realized a few days after Christmas that the recipient did not comment on his gift. I knew that something was wrong because he never fails to send a ""Thank You."" I went to the website from which I ordered and found that they did not have an email address. I had to call the store. I asked what had happened to the plant arrangement and a man told me that they never received the order. I told him that money was withdrawn from my account for it. He asked if it was ordered through Teleflora. I told him, ""Yes,"" that it was ordered from the Internet. He suddenly found the order. He said that they had left it with a neighbor whose signature they couldn't even read .I told him that the person who was to receive the gift hadn't yet. The man on the other end was very nasty and told me that if I didn't want to be charged over and over again for delivery, that's what they do. I sent a perfectly good phone number so that they could have contacted the recipient to find out a good delivery time. I later found out that the person who signed for it went on vacation. I told him that I would not do business with him again and he said that he certainly hoped that I never would. He hung up on me while I was still talking. I found the experience very unpleasant and customer service horrible. He felt that insisting that my Christmas gift be delivered to the proper person was out of line. It left a very bad experience for such a happy time. Although the recipient finally received his gift, I would not use this florist again. more
