We took a 20 min. drive to Carl's Jr. because my daughter had to have one of their special burgers. Got to the drive through and they didn't speak English. Got the food and took it home and it was the wrong thing. She wouldn't eat it. I didn't want to waste the gas to drive back so I tried to submit a complaint through their website because the Carl's Jr. was not answering their phone. The website would not accept my complaint because it was not set up to specify this particular Carl's Jr. -- perhaps they had reached their quota of complaints already. Thus, I must vent here.
I suspect that I don't want to know what is happening in the kitchen with service like this.
I suggest that if you go here you don't leave the drive through until you have opened everything that you ordered and made sure it is correct.
