NEVER GO THERE! EVER! not unless u want a bad service. more

Horrible Service 8/23/2008

They rush you in and rush you out. They are rude and do a HORRIBLE job. I tried that place out when they opened and they made my nails to wide and thick. They like to pile on the acrylic, they are not gentle when handling your nails, they are rude especially the main lady that works there. It is very hard to find a good nail technician here in El Paso!!! I no longer trust the nail techs in the mall. Pros: none! Cons: Horrible rushed service more

DO NOT GO THERE!!! 6/29/2007

I HAD A FRENCH MANICURE DONE HERE. WHEN THE GENTLEMAN WAS FINISHED, YOU COULD SEE THE SIDE OF MY NATURAL NAIL. FOUR OF MY NAILS HAD BUBBLES. I TOLD THEM I WANTED THEM REDONE. A LADY THEN REDID THEM AND NOW THE NAILS ARE SUPER THICK BECAUSE OF ALL THE ACRILIC THEY PUT ON AND ABOUT THREE OF MY NAILS HAVE BUBBLES. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE MANGER TOLD ME THEY DID NOT GIVE REFUNDS AND I COULD HAVE A GIFT CERTIFICATE. I ACCEPTED THE CERTIFICATE BUT I DO NOT PLAN TO GO BACK AS TWO OF THEIR EMPLOYEES DID A BAD JOB ON MY NAILS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Cons: NOT GOOD AT FRENCH MANICURES more
