Inkspot... Big Shirts! 5/10/2011

I like this store! (They have shirts up to 16 X I kid you not!) I may get one and use it as a tent... you know, to sleep in. I went to Ink spot the first time to get Sweats ""done"" for my daughter's ballet company, they had the best price and were done on time. Later I went back and got shirts for a trade show, on time and done right! Will definitely shop there again ! more

Customer Service Lacking 11/7/2007

I went in one day they told me the wrong answers (that you could get iron-ons in different fonts). They said they'd have the designer call me. She never did. They said same-day service and they'd call me when my shirt was done. They didn't. I called them and they didn't answer the phone and had no answering machine. I checked the number 3 places, including my receipt. I missed getting my shirt done before I left town today. Not happy. Maybe the shirt will be incredible when I finally get it next week sometime. Pros: locally owned Cons: poor service more
