I disagree with the other comments. Computer Re Nu employees were real friendly. I will continue to do business w/ them. My computer tower is in the shop/ I am super excited to get my computer out from the hospital. LOL. more

Condescending and uninformed 3/28/2008

I've been in twice for pieces to a computer. The techs are fairly rude. They also act as if they know everything and seem put out by questions. I happen to be somewhat computer savvy and was able to navigate the store on my own the first time. The second time I needed a piece for a recently built computer. He claimed the connector I needed was a minimum of 15 years out of date. I checked the piece at home and not only is it not out of date, it's a piece one of Asus' most highly recommended motherboards that has been out for about a year. more

don't go here 11/1/2007

First of all, the tech working on my computer didn't bother to read the written instructions I had included when I dropped off my computer until he called to say he was finished and I asked about the problems I had listed. For some reason, that then put me in the back of the line and what was supposed to be 2-3 days without my computer turned into 10. To top it off, they re-installed windows and DIDN'T BOTHER TO BACK UP the two folders on my desktop - one of which is 20 GB and holds the entire contents of my business. If it hadn't been for Mozy, I would have lost everything. I will never let these people touch my computer again. more
