my friends floor in his room is dirty and they treat him as if he is a mentally handicap. He has Parkinson's and i'm not sure if the Staff is even knowledgeable about the condition? i'm not sure i would like my friend to stay there for his whole treatment and it's only rehab. i spoke to the on staff LSWC and she looked overwhelmed. they even did some medical test without consulting the family. the whole staff is not rude but most dont even greet you when you come in or even as you leave. the whole energy of the place is low and seems fatigued. i feel for my friend.
