I am so sorry to hear all of the very negative information that has transpired through banking with Compass. I was about to try banking with them for the first time, but after reading some of the blog postings, I am sure that these are not extra headackes that I would want to take on. I would really suggest that the bank take a look at these postings because it is critical in the banking industry to provide ethical and exceptional customer service which makes good business sense. It is also a very good practice for the professional levels of communication to include common sense in everyday dealings, it will be easy to do when we just remember that people are human. Put the human element back in the communication, not just for one, but all.
Pros: Hoping for Bank that will not forget the ethics
Cons: Money works, but does not override the human providing it
