I recently had a tech from a different company come out to inspect my non-functioning heater and they diagnosed the part I would need. Because they did not have the part, they recommended I call Christianson Brothers because they are a larger company and might have the part. I called and was told that they would not check to see if they had the part onhand, but that they could come out and do a diagnosis, then plan another trip to install the part. Because I already knew what part was needed, I asked if they could just see if they had it; if they did they could bring it with them for the diagnosis and therefore save a lot of time and money for me in the longrun. I was treated very rudely and when I did not say the name of the part correctly, the service rep became sarcastic. I asked to speak to a manager and again explained the situation. I was again treated with rude, impatient, unprofessional lack of service. The manager again refused to see if they even had the part in stock; however I was told that they ""usually did not carry many parts in stock."" I will never even consider using this company.
