Worst cleaner I have ever used. Ruined a $200 velvet dress by pressing it, (OMG! any idiot KNOWS you DO NOT press velvet!) my very expensive suits and blazers were stained, three of the items smelled like a wild gorilla's underarm, that said because I'm too classy to say what they really smelled like, and a coat dress with white lapels-the lapels were stained with gray and dark spots. Several items were washed when they should have been dry cleaned. While the owner/operator DID offer to redo the clothes which I did, the velvet dress is still ruined and crushed, stains and missing buttons (which she said she would replace, but didn't) on one of the blazers redone is still stinky and stained, and I feel like taking a shower after having worn the brown suit she cleaned. The ""owner/operator"" claims that the velvet dress was ironed before I gave it to them, which is not true, and she said that I stained all the suits (several of them) myself. She did not offer to refund my money, and claims it's not her fault. After having to leave my clothes there for four attempts to fix the problem and the owner's refusal to make good with the money, I cannot possibly recommend them in the least. Sorry about the rant, but please, please, please.... DO not use this cleaner if you value your clothing. I wish I could have used them because of the location.
Pros: Still searching for a pro. Easy parking? In route to work? Not worth it.
Cons: Bad customer satisfaction, blames all problems on contracted cleaner, breaks word.
