Dr. Kriesel is a competent doctor who made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and explained everything very well to my wife and I as we had him examine our 1 year old. The problems he seems to have are with his puncuality and preparedness. We waited in his office for close to an hour on our first visit before he showed up. Not easy with a baby. We then had to schedule our daughter for an outpatient surgery. The day before the surgery, we called and asked him to perform one final exam just before surgery to make sure an ear infection was indeed still present. He showed up at the hospital 45 minutes late without the tools he needed to perform an exam. Call me picky, but I expect doctors to live up to the same standards of ""customer service"" that we would expect from any other service we pay good money for. I would not recommend using Dr. Kriesel.
