I had the worst experience in my life with ordering a to go order. A to go order of all things. So I am on the way home from work and call this place. The person answers, I place my order. The owners son Frank accused me of placing an order an hour ago and not picking it up. I was like no, he continued to say he was skeptical. He said he had an order which no one picked up which was almost identical to mine. I was like seriously. I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he is not here and I could talk to him. I said cancel my order and I will make sure everyone I know never eats at your restaurant. I explained asking if I called in a previous order and failed to pick up was rude to begin with but to persist was just poor form and horrible customer service. Oh and we get orders to go because the service is slow there, and the wait for your food is at least 30 minutes to an hour. I am very disappointed. I hope you listen to my warning don't go there and show them that today's consumer will not stand for accusations and unprofessional customer service. .
